On collaboration-enhanced intelligence
I'll note that if the collaboration system itself is sufficiently smart, in extremis it should be able to do anything. Eg., you could train monkeys to move blocks around, use the blocks as a Turing machine, and then run a superintelligent AI on the Turing machine. That's an extreme case, of course, but I'd guess there's a smooth continuum between that and better collaboration software here in 2015.
