Polyestradiol phosphate
Throw this on the "US pharma system is insane" pile: polyestradiol phosphate is, AFAICT, far superior to what trans women are normally prescribed, in terms of convenience, cost, effectiveness, and safety/side effect profile. It has already been FDA approved, and it's super easy to synthesize from dirt cheap, readily available, uncontrolled precursors. It appears to be unavailable solely because there was just one manufacturer and they didn't renew their authorization. Maybe we can order a batch from a lab in China or something.
